From 9 to 13 February 2026, SocieTeQ implemented a 5-day workshop series in Patras, Greece, under the Erasmus+ project:
Journey from Digital Addiction to Creativity (DBYY) Erasmus+ KA210-SCH – Small-scale Partnerships in School Education
The workshops took place at the POS4WORK co-working space (69 Dimitriou Gounari St.) and focused on managing digital addiction through positive guidance.
🎯 Objectives
The initiative focused on:
enhancing digital awareness
promoting healthy digital habits
developing tools to prevent and manage digital addiction
At the same time, emphasis was placed on creating educational material that can be utilized across various target groups:

The workshops were attended by educators from the partner organizations, which consist of school units from Turkey and Italy
🧩 Structure & Methodology
Each day (09:00 – 14:00) was structured to cover both the theoretical and practical needs of the different target groups (educators, parents, and students).

Scenario-based learning
This approach ensures the transfer of knowledge in a participatory, experiential, and directly applicable manner.

The workshop implementation period coincided with Tsiknopempti and the Patras Carnival season, offering participants a unique cultural experience.

On Thursday, February 12th, a social dinner with live Greek music was held, strengthening networking and the exchange of experiences among participants.

The implementation of this 5-day workshop series in Patras marked a significant milestone for SocieTeQ, as it was its first organized educational activity within the framework of a European project.
This experience confirmed the importance of collaboration, knowledge exchange, and the connection between education, technology, and social innovation.
At SocieTeQ, we are delighted with this first step and look forward with optimism to the continuation of the DBYY project, as well as the development of new initiatives that enhance digital well-being and education at a European level.
