He brings more than 15 years of hands-on experience in the preparation, coordination, and implementation of European-funded programmes, including Erasmus+, Horizon Europe, Creative Europe, and cross-sectoral cooperation schemes. His professional journey reflects a deep, end-to-end understanding of the European project ecosystem, having actively contributed in a wide range of roles throughout his career.
Greg’s path spans from grassroots engagement as a volunteer, to managerial and project management positions, evaluator in entrepreneurship and innovation competitions, Trainer, public speaker at conferences and events, and organiser of local, national, and European-level initiatives. This multifaceted experience allows him to approach project design and implementation with a holistic, pragmatic, and impact-driven perspective.
He has extensive expertise in building and coordinating international consortia, structuring work packages, budgets, and deliverables, and aligning project objectives with EU policy priorities while responding to real community needs. His work consistently bridges technology, education, mental health awareness, entrepreneurship, and social inclusion.
At SocieTeQ, Greg leads the organisation’s strategic vision, partnership development, and overall coordination. He remains actively involved in proposal development, stakeholder engagement, dissemination, and sustainability planning, ensuring that each initiative delivers measurable and meaningful impact at local, national, and European levels.

Zoe Missiri is the Head Researcher of SocieTeQ, with an academic background in Geology and a Master’s degree in Environmental Sciences. Also, an entrepreneur, founder of Omega Systems, she brings deep expertise in GIS, environmental research, sampling methodologies, and scientific data management. She has participated in major scientific and technical Transnational Projects, including landslide monitoring systems, biodiversity protection, coastal erosion studies, geotechnical analyses, and GIS-based risk assessment tools. Her research approach combines environmental science, technology, and social relevance, a perfect match for SocieTeQ’s work in education, digital transformation, sustainability, and social empowerment. As Head Researcher, she leads needs analysis, methodology design, evaluation, and the production of high-quality scientific outputs.

Evangelos Batalis is an accomplished ICT Director with more than 20 years of experience in information systems, large-scale technical projects, and the design and implementation of digital solutions for public authorities and private organisations.
His professional background includes senior roles and project involvement with the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Culture, the Ministry of Interior, Civil Protection authorities, the Ministry of Finance, and the Region of Western Greece, as well as leadership positions in major ICT companies and at Omega Systems. He has contributed to the planning and delivery of critical public-sector digital infrastructures, supporting governance, cultural management, civil protection preparedness, and administrative modernisation.
His expertise covers geospatial database systems, GIS applications, traffic and mobility data management, network infrastructures (MPLS, routing/switching), and the implementation of complex information systems. He has also been actively involved in European and environmental programmes, including Interreg and TRITON, delivering technology-driven solutions with regional and cross-border impact.
Evangelos is widely recognised for his technical precision, strong problem-solving mindset, and ability to translate complex requirements into reliable, user-oriented systems. At SocieTeQ, he leads the digital strategy, ICT architecture, and technical implementation of all technology-intensive projects, ensuring scalability, security, and long-term sustainability.

Vasileios Giannakopoulos is a Social Anthropologist and Public Health specialist with over 20 years of experience in social care, rehabilitation services, and community empowerment. His professional work consistently bridges public health, education, accessibility, and social inclusion, with a strong focus on vulnerable populations, persons with disabilities, and equitable access to services.
Since 2018, he has served as Head of the Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Center at the University Hospital of Patras (PGNP), where he has led multidisciplinary teams, coordinated community-based services, and designed initiatives aimed at enhancing autonomy and quality of life for people with disabilities. His leadership has resulted in significant achievements, including securing a €90,000 grant from the Stavros Niarchos Foundation for accessible transportation and coordinating the first regional Career Day for persons with disabilities in Western Greece.
From 2025, he has been appointed to the Internal Audit Unit of the University Hospital of Patras (Rio), contributing to transparency, accountability, and quality assurance in healthcare services.
He has also held key administrative roles within the hospital ecosystem, including Deputy Head of Patient Movement Services and Head of the All-Day Clinics Unit, contributing to digital transformation, workflow optimisation, and improved patient support systems.
In parallel, Vasileios is a lecturer at Metropolitan College, teaching courses in pedagogy and social sciences, while remaining deeply engaged in civil society as a founding member of blood donor associations, a long-term volunteer with Special Olympics, and an active advocate for sustainability, accessibility, and disability rights. He is a frequent speaker at national scientific conferences on public health, inequalities, and vulnerable populations.
At SocieTeQ, Vasileios contributes his expertise in public health, social policy, rehabilitation, and community-based support, supporting project design, inclusion strategies, awareness campaigns, and programmes that promote wellbeing, accessibility, and social justice across Europe.

Pola Henderson is a Communication and Dissemination Specialist with solid experience in strategic communication, digital storytelling, and audience engagement across European and community-based projects. Her work focuses on transforming complex project content into clear, accessible, and impactful messages for diverse audiences.
She has been actively involved in the design and implementation of dissemination strategies for EU-funded programmes, including Erasmus+ and cross-sectoral initiatives, covering areas such as education, digital skills, social inclusion, wellbeing, and community empowerment. Her expertise includes content creation, social media management, visual identity coordination, campaign planning, and stakeholder engagement at local, national, and European levels.
Pola combines creativity with methodological consistency, ensuring that communication activities align with project objectives, funding requirements, and visibility guidelines. She works closely with project managers, technical teams, and social experts to ensure coherent messaging, high-quality outputs, and measurable outreach results.
At SocieTeQ, Pola contributes to communication planning, dissemination activities, and digital presence, supporting project visibility, public engagement, and long-term impact. Her contribution strengthens the organisation’s external profile while ensuring that social innovation initiatives remain inclusive, human-centred, and accessible.

Nikos Lekkos is one of the most experienced and multifaceted professionals in the field of education and parent counselling, with academic studies in Pedagogy, Theology, and Counselling in Greece and the United Kingdom. With over 25 years of service in schools and structures of the Cyprus Ministry of Education, he is a recognised expert in supporting children, families, and school communities.
He has held roles related to the prevention of delinquency, the management of school violence, and the promotion of students’ psychosocial wellbeing. He currently serves as a Primary Education School Counsellor, providing guidance to educators, support to students, and assistance to families facing complex educational and emotional challenges.
In parallel, he is a columnist published in Greece, across Europe, and in the United States, as well as the author of theatrical works and books such as “Let It Stay Between Us” and “The Experience of Counselling.”
At SocieTeQ, he contributes as a Scientific Associate, offering his expertise in school counselling and parent and teacher counselling, pedagogical methodology, and the development of educational programmes with social impact—providing his valuable services on a voluntary basis and actively supporting the vision of SocieTeQ.

Elpida Bardaka is a clinical Psychologist specializing in child and adolescent mental health, with advanced academic training including an MSc focused on the psychological wellbeing of young people, the impact of new technologies, and related areas of clinical practice.
At SocieTeQ, Elpida leads and supports initiatives related to mental wellbeing, with a special emphasis on the emotional health, inclusion, and resilience of children, adolescents, and their families. She is responsible for the development of evidence-informed educational and supportive materials that empower young people and caregivers, and for integrating psychological expertise into programme design and implementation.
Elpida’s work bridges psychological science with practical support: she develops tailored resources, contributes to training activities, and fosters environments that promote positive mental health outcomes. Her expertise enhances SocieTeQ’s capacity to address emotional wellbeing holistically within educational and community settings.
Her professional experience includes psychological assessment, counselling, and intervention planning for diverse youth populations. Elpida is committed to advancing inclusive practices and strengthening the mental health support structures available to young people across educational, social, and digital contexts.
