Recent reports from the World Economic Forum (WEF) highlight a dual challenge: the radical transformation of jobs and the concurrent, often invisible <b>psychosocial impact<\/b> on the worker.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><b>The Dynamics of Transformation and Uncertainty<\/b><\/h4>\n<p>According to the World Economic Forum\u2019s \"Future of Jobs Report 2025\", <b>&#8220;Future of Jobs Report 2025&#8221;<\/b> automation and AI are expected to displace approximately <b>92 million jobs<\/b> globally, primarily in repetitive, predictable tasks.
